NDC ORIENTS ALLIED PARTICIPANTS THROUGH NAIROBI CITY TOUR

Allied participants of the National Defence College (NDC) Course 29/2026–2027 undertook a guided tour of Nairobi City as part of the College’s routine orientation programme aimed at helping international participants settle into their new environment and familiarise themselves with the city.

The participants visited some of Nairobi’s major attractions, including Nairobi National Park and the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), while receiving guided insights into the city’s history, landmarks, culture and development.

The tour provided the allied participants with an opportunity to appreciate Nairobi’s unique character and beauty while gaining a better understanding of the city in which they will spend the duration of their course.

The orientation programme is part of NDC’s efforts to ensure allied participants feel welcome, comfortable and well acquainted with their host environment, fostering positive relationships and enhancing their overall experience during the course.
